Wondering how to keep baby’s arms warm at night? ErgoPouch Arm Warmers are a bolero style jacket, designed to be used over the top of any arms-out sleeping Swaddle, Sleep Sack, Sleep Suit or Sleep Onesie. If your baby is wearing a sleeveless sleep sack, you may notice their arms feeling cool during the coldest hours of the night. If this is causing them to wake, a little more warmth on the arms may be needed. The sleeves on the Arm Warmers are rated 1.0 TOG making them suitable as a mid-weight layer, and the foldover cuffs will help keep hands warm too.

We recommend the baby Arm Warmers are only used over a sleeveless sleep sack, not one with sleeves. This will help your child maintain a comfortable temperature while sleeping and ensure they do not overheat. Hot tip – on transeasonal nights when it is warm at bed time but cools down during the course of the night, put your baby to sleep in their sleep sack as normal, and add the Arm Warmers sleeves later in the evening before you go to bed. The position of the Arm Warmers on the body will not interrupt the natural sleeping position for healthy hip joint development.
